Job Description

We're seeking a friendly, service-driven Customer Service Representative to support our customers with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, communicating clearly, and creating a positive experience for every person they interact with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, products, billing, and account information
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system following company guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as needed
  • Maintain product knowledge to support customer questions and troubleshooting
  • Meet or exceed service metrics (response time, quality scores, customer satisfaction)

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
  • Comfort using CRM systems, MS Office, and/or ticketing platforms
  • Problem-solving mindset with a calm, patient approach
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus (optional)
